Republic Cement needs to identify who among their current pool of talents has the competencies and potential to take higher roles in the organization.
SOLUTION
TalentView led the assessment of more than 20 leaders in live action during the assessment center sessions including in-tray exercises, coaching, group activities, and mock board presentations.
