THE SITUATION

Before Talegent, CIIT relies on traditional pen-and-paper exams + online job portal exams for assessing their candidates - with a goal of hiring highly skilled people that can bring efficiency to the organization - resulting into time-consuming process.

CIIT was looking for an automated and seamless tool that can streamline their  assessment process and provide meaningful reports to their executives and managers.

CIIT needed a tool to help them process and evaluate their candidates faster - selecting high performing employees - unlike typical organizations where interviews, subjective and bias-prone assessments would be the norm
