CHALLENGE


Cebu Pacific is the largest carrier in the Philippine air transportation industry, offering low-cost services to more destinations and routes with higher flight frequency within the Philippines than any other airline. Cebu Pacific was driven to set their standards internally to improve their talent acquisition and management processes and map learning opportunities based on the critical competencies.

Cebu Pacific needed to implement an ISO-compliant competency framework to set their employee performance and behavioral expectations.




SOLUTION


TalentView established the competency framework of Cebu Pacific by defining the competencies for 16 job functions through a multi-method approach including job analysis, FGDs and validation sessions.
